Before you stop by, please submit an inquiry
online to request an appointment. If our pre-scheduled times do not work for you, we will do our best to accommodate an alternate time.
As part of the admissions process, we encourage you to visit our school and experience our classrooms and community for yourself. Below are suggestions that will help you get the most from your visit.
Read Up On Montessori
Although not required, having a little knowledge about the Montessori classroom and philosophy before you arrive will help you understand what you see during your visit. We recommend the following article, The Characteristics of an Authentic Montessori School, as a good starting place. You’ll find other resources on the About Montessori
page.
Expect Quiet Observation
During tours and observations we try not to disrupt the classroom, teachers, or students. Expect to observe our programs silently with little or no interaction with the teacher or students. Your tour guide will answer your questions after you’ve stepped back into the hallway.
Parent/Guardian Tours
Children should not attend school tours or classroom observations that take place during school hours. Prospective students will have an opportunity to see the school during their pre-admission visit and during specially planned events prior to the start of the school year.
Getting Here
The Map and Directions
page has information to help you find us. When you arrive, you may park in one of our lots (if you find an open space) or on the street. We are a secured building with all exterior doors remaining locked at all times. Please enter through the main front gate by our school sign on Grove Avenue and proceed to the front door. After you ring the bell, a staff member will greet you at the door.
What a wonderful school. Our oldest son went through the primary program and we saw tremendous growth and amazing accomplishments from him over the years. Expect the best from this school and your child. You will be rewarded with a terrific outcome!
